Dr. Shawn Duncan is an advisor and strategist to social impact teams across the country. For over a decade, he led Training and Consulting at Focused Community Strategies, guiding leaders in equitable, place-based change. His work helps organizations understand the ecosystems of place and become partners in community prosperity. With a background in social change pedagogy, Shawn's heartbeat is to see leaders set free to achieve all the good they long to create in the world.
